Loving greetings from the Valley of Angels with Psalm 46:1-4. “God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Therefore, we will not fear, though the earth be removed, and though the mountains be carried into the midst of the sea; Though the waters thereof roar and be troubled, though the mountains shake with the swelling thereof. Selah. There is a river, the streams whereof shall make glad the city of God, the holy place of the tabernacles of the most High.”
No matter what trouble we may see around us, we need not fear for GOD HIMSELF is our refuge AND our strength! He is VERY PRESENT! Even if we find the earth quaking around us and all of the structures we trust are crumbling, His Presence is a shield and provides fullness of joy when everyone else is crumbling and quaking in fear. He is the source of the River of Life. Apostle Tony Kemp told us at the World Convention a couple of years ago that he had seen a vision of the Father with water streaming forth from his hand, arm, and leg. He truly is the Fountain of Living Waters!
So, as we, His children, receive from Him, we become His rivulets as we allow Him to flow through us! And as we begin to flow together with those of “like precious faith,” we become streams. The Victory Channel is a part of the “Word of Faith Movement.” I have been so very encouraged to see that their TV program, “Flashpoint” has been having prophetic voices from many different streams of Holy Spirit-filled ministries on their show, demonstrating that they are all carrying the same message from the Lord. When I first saw this a few months ago, I thought of the Yarlung Tsangpo River that we had seen when we led two prayer journeys to Tibet. That river carries the ice melt from the Himalayan Mountains in that region. It is called a “braided river” because it is so shallow and disrupted by the debris that comes down the mountains with the waters and the seasonal monsoon rains. There are many sand bars and islands around which the rivulets flow. They are all headed in the same downhill direction, but their shallowness keeps them apart until further downstream where other tributaries add their waters and the river begin to run deep. Every place that the waters come together is called a “confluence.” The American Heritage® Dictionary of the English Language defines “confluence” as…
- A flowing together of two or more rivers or streams.
- The point of juncture of such rivers or streams.
- The combined river or stream formed by this juncture.
- A gathering, flowing, or meeting together at one juncture or point.
As the Body of Christ and the Bride mature, we allow the Holy Spirit to deepen His flow in us and allow us to look beyond our boundaries and those with whom we fellowship by our similarities, to find others in the Body who are also flowing with the Holy Spirit, but who may have a different gifting or focus.
Every movement of God has been spawned by a revelation from the Word of God that was previously not known or not emphasized. As the generations have gone by, some saw that “the just shall live by his faith” and not by his works. Then others saw baptism should follow conversion as John the Baptist preached before Jesus came on the scene. Others saw that after the Last Supper, Jesus and the disciples “sang a hymn,” so they began singing in their services. Little by little, through many generations, revelation by the Holy Spirit from the Word has led to changes in thinking, behavior and culture. But every generation has to have its own revival! God has no grandchildren, so within a couple of decades, the fire of revival has often been neutralized into traditions and expected behaviors instead of passionate obedience to the indwelling Holy Spirit.
But pockets of believers here and there have a living experience with God and the fire of His Presence transforms their lives. They follow on to emphasize the revelation they received, and a movement begins and grows surrounding that teaching.
As long as the accuser can keep the movements separated from each other, he feels that he’s winning. The episode of “Give Him 15” that Dutch Sheets published on Thursday, March 18, 2021 (on YouTube or website) shared a prophetic dream of two current movements or streams coming together and seeing a vast stampede of “sheep” coming into the Kingdom of God and trampling away the island that had divided the two streams. I believe that is on God’s agenda!
Another picture of the confluence of two rivers (and there are a number of them that are stunningly stark in their differences) may be seen in Geneva, Switzerland where the beautiful blue waters of the Rhône River meet the Arve with its waters that have flowed from the mountains, carrying a lot of silt. It’s typical for rivers to flow side by side for three to six miles before they will completely mix.
God beautifully illustrates in the natural world how it works in the Spirit. He has designed the Body to flow together, but it has to start somewhere! As we mature in our understanding of the ways of the Lord and silence the voice of the accuser of the brethren, we will be more able to embrace one another and flow together to bring in the harvest that is at hand!

He died for an hour and forty-five minutes and had a glorious experience in Heaven while the doctor and medical team worked to bring him back. He will be with us August 6-7, so plan to come or watch the live stream.
Thank you for your prayers, love and partnership with the Holy Spirit!
Your handmaiden and servant,
