March 27: The Greatest of All Is Love

“And now abideth faith, hope, charity, these three; but the greatest of these is charity” (1 Corinthians 13:13).

When I go to church on Sunday morning I hear many sermons on Faith, and a few on Hope; but I hear very few teachers of My Word speak on Love, which is the most important, life-giving message of all.

What good is faith, if you have not love? And what should you hope for, if you have nothing to love? All these three attributes flow from My heart, and they are woven  together. “A threefold cord is not easily broken” (Ecclesiastes 4: 12 Douay-Rheims).

Love is the source of all life. It is the inspiration of Faith and Hope. When you lose Love, you lose Faith in a person or thing, and when you lose Faith you lose Hope.

Love lights up the world. Without love you would live in darkness. Heaven is filled with the Light of Agape Love. It penetrates all Heaven, like oxygen keeps you alive on earth; the light of love keeps Heaven eternally young.

Evil cannot exist where there is love; darkness cannot exist where there is light. Light creates; love creates. “God is Love. All things were made by Him; and without Him was not anything made that was made. In Him was life; and the life was the light of men. And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not” (1 John 14:16; John 1:35). The darkness cannot receive the light. They are absolutely separated. They are the positive and the negative, the east and the west, the hot and the cold, the yea and the nay.

When I created this planet, darkness covered it entirely, until I spoke and created Light. But, while the darkness could not put out the light, the light could not annul the darkness (Isaiah 45:7); it must always exist, for all creation must have the positive and the negative. So I separated the light from the darkness. This is a darkness you have never known — it is so thick that the light could not penetrate it (Exodus 10:21). You cannot mix this darkness with light anymore than you can mix oil and water. I made a place for the thick darkness to dwell called “Hell,” and all who have no light (which is love), in them have this thick darkness in them. They belong to the Kingdom of Darkness, and will spend their earthly, and postmortem life in that eternal abode of darkness (Jude 6; Revelation 16:9-10), unless they repent of the darkness, which is in their hearts, and receive Me as the Light of the World, so that I can redeem them and change their lives. I will banish the darkness out of their lives, like I banished it from this planet. And then will be fulfilled Colossians 1:13, they will receive the inheritance of the “Saints in Light,” for they will be delivered from the power of darkness, and translated into the Kingdom of My Son, in Whom they have redemption through His blood, even the forgiveness of sins.
