About the Author David R. Collins is an award-winning author who has written numerous books for young people, including Sower Series “Abraham Lincoln, George Washington Carver, and Francis Scott Key.” For many years Mr. Collins has taught English to high school boys and girls. He enjoys helping them get acquainted with Charles Dickens and William Shakespeare, as well as more recent authors.
