“For five years, I was the chef and owner of Christian Ambiance Cafe in Hannibal, MO…..We had many customers, friends, and family members who asked for our recipes…and after prayerful consideration, I decided to put our collection into book form for your enjoyment….I have also included some of my life experiences as a chef,  a few testimonies of faith and how God brought me to where I am today.”
