This review is from: Susanna Wesley (The Sowers) (Paperback) This is an excellent book for anyone interested in John Wesley, the founder of Methodism, and/or his brother, Charles Wesley, who wrote thousands of hymns (many that are familiar to those of us in any Christian denomination). Susanna Wesley was their mother; therefore, I would highly recommend reading this book first – as an introduction to their remarkable family – and then following up with any of the excellent books about John or Charles.
