Note: The Lord called Bezaleel of the tribe of Judah and Aholiab of the tribe of Dan to make the furniture, garments, anointing oil, etc. for the Tabernacle in the wilderness. When Solomon set out to build the temple in Jerusalem according to what the Lord had showed David, he reached out to Huram/Hiram, king of Tyre, to get cedars of Lebanon and other materials and skilled workers. Huram sent “a cunning man” whose father was from Tyre and his mother from the tribe of Dan (2 Chronicles 2:11-14), and a man named Huram whose father was from Tyre and his mother from the tribe of Naphtali (1 Kings 7:13-14).
